Jetty Work Party
A
big thank you to all members who turned out for the work party on
both days it was a real success. Plenty of work was carried out many
new planks laid and some unexpected structural work,

Which should leave the
jetty in good stead for the future. It definitely feels more solid
where repairs were done and also alot less slippery. Still more to
do though but we will keep you posted when we require more help.
Once again Thank you all for your efforts

now we
can look forward to the start of season and get some sailing in.

Boat
owners if you would like to register your equipment stored on the
jetty or at home with essex police marine watch. please click the
marine watch picture in the left hand column and fill in the
registration form. In the unfortunate event that your equipment goes
missing or is stolen they will be able to identify it as yours by
cross referencing their database. Hopefully this will not be
required but may come in handy if it does. Its possible they may
even know before you do. Prevention is better than a cure.
